Bee’s Knees

- 2 oz Madam Pattarini Gin

- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 oz honey syrup


Combine gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker, stir briefly to dissolve honey syrup, then fill with ice. Shake well for ten seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Cucumber Gimlet

- 2 thin slices of cucumber

- 12 fresh rosemary leaves

- 2 oz gin

- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 

1/4 oz simple syrup

Muddle cucumber and rosemary in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, add gin, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well. Float thin cucumber slice on top of drink and serve.

- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 oz simple syrup

- 10 fresh mint leaves

- 1 oz club soda

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, lime, lemon, simple syrup, and mint leaves. Shake vigorously for ten seconds. Strain into ice filled serving glass, top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
